The hotel was short walk to main shopping street as well as the Spa Theatre thanks to its excellent and absolutely perfect location. South Cliff Italian Gardens was also easy to reach.

We walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable, right on the coast. Went to Farrers Bar & Brasserie for drink or two, set within a close distance from the hotel. The breakfast was hot with cheap cereals, a croissant, porridge, really helpful staff.

Our room with a lovely view of the bins was good standard. Had a new carpet and a kettle. Central location short walk to the esplanade overlooking the South Bay, the tram to the south bay seafront, and all the attractions, pubs and restaurants, it was in a lovely area.
